Hello everyone! Welcome to Cross Court Fitness. Cross Court Fitness is a program structured to help you build your footwork, mental game, and agility on the court. These components will not only elevate your game to the next level, but will also help you beat players better than you.
My name is Kendall Hunt, and I am a D-1 tennis player at Drake University. I have trained extensively in the areas of speed and acceleration to build my game, relying on individualized programs with my coach and group programs like Harvest Speed and Strength and the Fit Tennis Academy in San Antonio, Texas. Because lots of players are stuck indoors and looking for ways to train during the COVID-19 pandemic, I created Cross Court Fitness as a platform to share my methods to improve my footwork, mental game, and agility on court or at home. I use ladders, hurdles, medicine balls, wrist bands, and more to develop strength, timing, and coordination in the body.
